In recent years the CARU Group has emerged as a trusted supplier of standard ISO containers. Via this growing network of clients we recognized a growing interest in maritime offshore container equipment.
Therefore we started offering and selling a range of standard 8’/ 10’/ 20’/ 20’OT and 20’hh OT DNV offshore containers which we purchased new and used to meet demand of our offshore clients.
Having noticed this ever growing demand for offshore containers, in 2009, CARU started producing its OWN 20ft ISO/DNV 2.7-1 containers in China.
This combination of having access to a wide range of offshore containers available via excellent built up relations with other suppliers in the world wide market and our own CARU offshore production we can answer the growing demand better and more quickly.
CARU also specializes in the modification of standard containers to offshore containers. One of our best selling products has been reefers converted to 10ft offshore reefers. These containers include slings, approved pad eyes and 9 bull bars (for impact protection). We can also customize the interior to our clients needs. From painting and building in racks to a complete workshop.
