Cycling Training in Reefer container
Jelle Sprée wanted to cycle to Moskow for Charity. During this trip he would experience temperature changes from -25 to +5 degrees Celsius. To find out how his body would react under these extreme circumstances we have converted a brand new reefer container into a special training facility that also looked great on television.
While Jelle was cycling we gradually lowered the temperature inside the reefer till -15. Also a film crew was present to make a nice movie for various websites and television stations.
Because Jelle is a diabetic he had to do a few tests after his exercise. While doing this he noticed that his blood-tester was not responding correctly after a period of the cold.
Jelle arrived safely to Moskow, we congratulate him with this and wish him the best of luck with future projects.
