We’re expanding our team and are looking for a driven Sales Support Employee to maintain our customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Purpose of the position
As Sales Support Employee, you are responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving commercial objectives. You are an efficient communicator and you serve as point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales journey and work closely with the commercial team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships and contribute to the company’s success by generating leads and closing deals. In your daily activities you pay special attention to managing and updating our CRM system. With your analytical skills you provide regular reports which will be used in strategic decision making. You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. You will report to the Commercial Manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities are focused on pre-sales, post sales and analytical reports.
Provides comprehensive support to the Commercial Manager by managing quotations, stock availability, and lead generation. Engages and qualifies potential clients, manages the CRM (Pipeline), and converts leads into sales. Oversees inventory, sales and rental orders across Brazil and LATAM, coordinates container logistics, and ensures accurate invoicing and ERP updates. Collaborates with internal departments and supports both new and existing client relationships.
Oversees sales and rental orders, monitors leasing contracts, and collaborates with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepares and distributes performance and status reports for commercial and operations teams, and generates analytical CRM (Pipedrive) reports to support sales activities.

Knowledge, experience and certifications
Knowledge and experience
Minimum 2 – 5 years' work experience
Intermediate English (mandatory)
Spanish or knowledge of Power BI and CRM systems are considered a plus
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support is valued.
Training and education
Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Trade) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
