CARU’s Customers | How RET manages to surprise 1,000 employees for Christmas by using 4 containers.

It is the most magical time of the year, the month of giving, festivities and looking forward to the new year in good spirits. Despite the corona measures, companies are doing everything in their power to thank employees for the past year. This leads to many creative ideas, just like the one of transport company RET. With 1,000 employees, they wanted to thank everyone personally, and they only needed four CARU containers to do so.

Every year, RET uses our containers to store their Christmas gifts as containers are perfect for (temporary) storage! This year, they were looking for something extra. They wanted to offer colleagues the opportunity to see each other after a year of working from home. They found that solution in our containers as well! We were able to place a CARU container on four different locations. These containers were used as storage for the Christmas gifts and as a festive meeting place.

Emilie, spokesperson for the RET, handed out the well-filled Christmas packages together with some of her other colleagues. Due to the different locations, RET was able to spread the crowd. Colleagues were therefore given the opportunity to talk to each other from a distance. With Christmas music in the background, twinkling Christmas lights and festive decorations, it felt like a small Christmas party.
